Our kits are made for the following minivans:

• Dodge Grand Caravan 2008 to 2020
• Chrysler Town and Country 2008 to 2016
• Chrysler Pacifica 2017 and newer, and Chrysler Grand Caravan (same kit as the Pacifica)
• Toyota Sienna 2011 to 2020, and 2021 and newer

We don't make kits for SUVs, cargo vans (Transit, Promaster, Sprinter) or other vehicles. One thing worth knowing: the newer Chrysler Grand Caravan and the Dodge Grand Caravan are two different vehicles, with different kits.

All three fit every minivan on the list, and all three leave the rear cargo space free. The choice comes down to how you travel.

• Samhall: our most versatile model, made for two. Full-width bed, built-in kitchen you can use inside, removable table and four large drawers.
• Hygge: for people who mostly travel solo and want the most storage. The bed is narrower, and that space becomes an extra unit with two vertical drawers and an upper cabinet. Same kitchen as the Samhall.
• Lya: the simplest, lightest and most open. Full-width bed and four drawers, no kitchen. It's also the one that gives you the most freedom to keep second-row seats.

The Samhall and the Lya have a 48 × 72 in bed. The Hygge has a 38 × 72 in bed. The included mattress is 4 in of semi-firm high-density foam, with a removable, washable cover. We also offer a hybrid mattress as an option, and you can try both on site on installation day.

In sofa mode, most people can sit without their head touching the ceiling, and the backrest angle adjusts so you can find the right height.

Your seats with seatbelts are the two up front plus the second-row seats you put back in: three with the Samhall or the Hygge, four if you take out the kitchen, four with the Lya. Third-row seats are always removed. For the second row, we often recommend removing them for more storage, but it isn't always required.

A few pointers:

• With the Lya, both second-row seats can go back in: that makes four seats.
• With the Samhall or the Hygge, the second-row passenger-side seat can stay, or go back in easily, in every minivan we work with, even with the kitchen, with trade-offs on access to some drawers. The kitchen comes out in 5 to 10 minutes if you need the seat underneath it.
• In a Stow 'n Go minivan, the second-row seats can stay folded in the floor. You pull them out when you have passengers, then fold them away once you get there to get all the space back. In other minivans, the seats go in and come out, but there's nowhere to store them on the road.

We build our three models, not fully custom layouts. The wood is a plywood with birch on both outer faces and poplar plies inside, finished at the factory. The cushions come in one beige fabric.

The kitchen is the only module that can be added or removed. The Lya doesn't have one, and on the Samhall or the Hygge you can take it out whenever you need to.

The lead time is usually 4 to 6 weeks after you order. It's an estimate, it can move during busy periods, and we set the installation date with you.

We don't keep kits in stock, each kit is built for your vehicle.

A deposit confirms your order and books your spot in production: $2,000 for the Samhall and the Lya, $2,500 for the Hygge and for any kit made for a Volkswagen ID. Buzz. Your kit's price is locked in as soon as the deposit is paid.

The balance is paid on installation day at the latest. You can also pay for the kit in full when you order.

We work with Interac e-Transfer or cash. For our customers in the United States, card payment is available, in US dollars.

Yes! We welcome you by appointment at our shop near Saint-Hyacinthe, to see a Samhall installed in our demo vehicle, a Dodge Grand Caravan or a 2021 or newer Toyota Sienna depending on the time, and ask all your questions. We can also walk you through the differences with our other models.

Installation is done at our shop near Saint-Hyacinthe, and plenty of customers drive for hours to get here. In most cases, you come in and leave the same day with your kit installed.

For our customers in the United States, prices are in US dollars, before taxes. Since the purchase and installation happen in Quebec, Canadian and Quebec sales taxes (GST and QST) apply.

Installation is included in the price of the kit. It's done at our shop and takes about 2 hours. Some less common setups can take a little longer, and we'll tell you ahead of time.

Third-row seats need to be removed before your appointment. For the second row, we'll confirm ahead of time what works for your vehicle and kit.

You don't need to build a floor. A simple mat or a thin floor covering can usually go in beforehand, it adds very little thickness and we adjust on site if needed. If you want to keep a Stow 'n Go well as storage, don't cover it.

Nothing is screwed into the vehicle, and installation doesn't alter it. The kit is designed to anchor and fit directly into the vehicle, and everything is secured for the road.

The installation is reversible, with no permanent change to your minivan. The kit can be taken out and put back when needed, even though it isn't meant to come out every weekend.

Yes, with all three of our models, no exceptions. Removing the third-row seats frees up a big space at the back, and our kits are designed to leave it to you. People often ask if that's only true for some models: it isn't, the Samhall, the Hygge and the Lya all keep it accessible. It's the perfect spot for bigger things, like bins, a cooler or your outdoor gear.

On top of that, every kit has four drawers under the bed. On the Samhall, for example, two open from the rear hatch and two from the front of the sofa. Stow 'n Go wells also stay usable if the seats are removed. The idea is simple: every bit of space in your minivan gets used.

The ones we sell and like:

• a 40-litre dual-zone fridge, for the space built for it on kits with a kitchen (we check the height for your vehicle);
• a Bluetti portable power station, with a charger that tops it up while you drive;
• the Porta Potti portable toilet: simple, sealed, and low enough to sit up straight in a minivan.

Yes, for one year from delivery, against manufacturing defects. If a part has a covered defect, we repair or replace it, parts and labour included. To make a claim, send us your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a video. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, changes made after delivery, or damage to the vehicle.

After the first year, since we build our kits, we can still diagnose, repair or remake a part. That support may be billed at that point.

Each kit is moulded for a specific vehicle, so it doesn't move as-is into another model. Write to us before you switch, and we'll look at the options with you.
