GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. ORDER AND PAYMENT
1.1.A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after you complete your online order.
1.2.Refer to the product page for the manufacturing time if it is not available in stock at the time of completing the order.
1.3.A deposit or full payment, including taxes and depending on the product, is required at the time of purchase.
1.4.In the case where only a deposit is paid at the time of the order, the balance of the invoice must be paid no later than the day of pickup or before shipping.
1.5.Product prices may vary at any time without notice. If a deposit has been paid at the time of the order, the price in effect on the date of the deposit payment will apply.
1.6.Payments can be made online via our website, with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), a debit card (Visa, MasterCard), or by Interac transfer.
1.7.Interac transfer payments are available in Canada only. Transfer instructions will be provided on the payment page.
1.8.Applicable taxes by state or province are charged on all products, including delivery, based on your geographical location. Our platform automatically calculates the tax amount based on your billing address.
1.9.All orders completed in Canada must be made in Canadian dollars ($ CA) and purchases in the United States in US dollars ($ US).
1.10.Lagom is not responsible for exchange rate variations in the event of price discrepancies.
2. SHIPPING POLICIES - USA & CANADA
2.1.We usually ship products in stock within two (2) to five (5) business days after full payment of the order. An order placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day (see point 1.4 for orders with a deposit).
2.2.We will strive to fulfill your order for the product(s) mentioned in the shipping confirmation according to the specified shipping date, when provided. That said, we may experience delays for the following reasons:
Production delays;
Specialty products;
Unforeseen circumstances;
Delivery area.
2.3.We ship our products to Canada and the USA (adjacent states). A tracking number will be emailed as soon as the product is shipped.
2.4.For shipping to certain US states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) or Canadian provinces (Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon), fees are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact us for exact amounts.
2.5.The prices displayed on each product are in Canadian dollars ($ CA) for orders in Canada, and in US dollars ($ US) for orders in the United States.
2.6.Delivery charges may change without notice and the final amount will be the one indicated on the invoice or in the cart at the time of final payment. Lagom is committed to notifying its customers of any changes as soon as it becomes aware of them.
2.7.Prices apply for residential delivery.
2.8.Charges may apply in case of last-minute changes to the delivery (change of delivery address, order modification) or for any missed delivery appointment.
2.9.Delivery times are displayed for informational purposes and may vary. Lagom cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond its control.
2.10.Delivery times range from 1 to 2 weeks and are in addition to the production time.
3. WARRANTY AND RETURN
3.1.Lagom offers a warranty oftwelve ((12) monthson all its new conversion kits against manufacturing defects and defective parts and a warranty ofsix (6) monthson all other Lagom brand products. Some products from other brands sold in the online store may benefit from the manufacturer's conventional warranty. Please refer directly to the description on the product page.
3.2.If a manufacturing defect is found, or if the product was damaged during transport, pleasecontact us within 15 daysfollowing the receipt of the product, and we will proceed with the replacement of the damaged part(s) at no cost.
3.3.The warranty applies from the date of receipt or shipment of the product.
3.4.To claim the warranty, please contact Lagom by email at info@lagomconversion.com .
3.5.To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
3.6.All shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.

3.8.Lagom conversion reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return and/or warranty application.
3.9.In the case of a return, a restocking fee of 10% of the total price, including all taxes, will be retained. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 15 days following the confirmation of the return by the Lagom team.
3.10.Reasons that may justify a return refusal and/or warranty application:evidence of misuse of the equipment by the user, burn marks, persistent odor, missing part(s), improper storage, damaged mechanism, signs of poor maintenance.
4. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
4.1.A right to modify or cancel without charge is granted within 48 hours following the purchase of a product on our online store, provided that the product has not yet been shipped or picked up. If the product has been shipped and/or picked up and/or this time frame has passed, please refer to the return conditions (point 3).
4.2.If you wish to cancel your order after this deadline, regardless of the reason, the following conditions apply:
Any deposit paid is non-refundable and will be retained in full by Lagom conversion;
If full payment is made, Lagom conversion will retain 35% of the total order amount, including all taxes, and will refund the balance according to the original payment method within 15 days of the cancellation confirmation.
5. ORDER REFUSAL
5.1.Lagom conversion reserves the right to remove any product from the website or online store at any time and/or to delete and/or modify any material or content on the website or online store.
5.2.Although we make reasonable efforts to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse to process an order after the order confirmation email has been sent.
5.3.Lagom conversion reserves the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for having removed a product from the website or online store, whether it has been sold or not, or for having deleted or modified any material or content from the website or online store.
6. MODIFICATION OF SALES TERMS, UPDATES AND CONTACT
6.1.Lagom Conversion may make changes or amendments to these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) at any time. The new GTC will take effect from their date of publication on the website www.lagomconversion.com, and only for orders placed after that date.
